Passes only while available cash remains above its USD safety floor. Pass can feed several signal branches; Fail must stop the bot.

## How it works

Check available cash against a USD safety floor before allowing another candidate through.

Pass can feed multiple supported signal/filter paths. Fail must connect to Stop bot; it is not an alternate entry path.

## Settings
