## How it works

Receive newly collected company headlines and identified press releases for the covered universe.

Filter news versus press releases, importance and publication age; connect a notification destination.

## Settings

| Tickers · comma separated | `tickers` | None | For Selected tickers, e.g. AAPL, NVDA, MSFT. Cannot subscribe outside collector coverage. |
| Importance | `minimumImportance` | Important · medium + high | Rule-based catalyst relevance, not guaranteed price movement. Important excludes routine-only 8-Ks. Periodic reports count as medium. Options: Important · medium + high (important); High only (high); All collected (all). |
| Maximum age · minutes | `maximumAgeMinutes` | 1440 | Publication age. Only newly collected events are delivered; historical/backfill data never triggers alerts. Editor range: 5 to 1440. |
| Content | `newsKind` | News + press releases | Options: News + press releases (all); News only (news); Identified press releases (press-release). |
