# SEC reports

Tier 1 live SEC 8-K, 10-Q and 10-K reports. Important filters routine-only 8-Ks and weak catalysts. Select Nasdaq-100 or tracked tickers, then connect Telegram or Discord. Importance is a rule-based signal, not a price prediction. Foreign issuers may use other SEC forms.

## How it works

Receive newly collected SEC 8-K, 10-Q and 10-K reports for the verified Nasdaq-100 snapshot or covered tickers you select.

Important includes medium/high relevance and excludes routine-only 8-K items. Periodic 10-Q and 10-K reports count as medium; High only may therefore exclude them.

## Before you run

- Requires Tier 1 and a healthy configured collector. Historical backfill does not trigger live alerts.
