# Trailing stop

Protects a runner after a configured profit is reached.

## How it works

Activate after a specified peak gain, then watch the allowed drop from the best observed price.

Optionally protect a minimum return floor. Zero means break-even; −100 disables the additional floor for a long position.

## Settings

| Activate after % | `activateAfterPct` | 50 | Peak return required before the trailing exit becomes active. Editor range: 0.1 to 10000. |
| Trail from peak % | `trailPct` | 20 | Allowed drop from the best observed price after activation. Editor range: 0.1 to 99. |
| Minimum locked return % | `minimumReturnPct` | 0 | Lowest return the trailing exit may protect; zero means break-even. −100 disables this extra floor. Editor range: -100 to 10000. |
