Entry chase

Limits the rise from the first signal and, optionally, rejects a late entry after a large drop. Wallet strategies anchor to the initial primary buy. Maximum drop 0 disables the decline guard; this does not change open-position exits.

How it works

Reject an entry that has risen too far from the first signal. Wallet strategies anchor to the initial Primary buy.

Optionally reject a candidate that has already dropped too far. These limits are checked again during execution.

Settings

Initial values for a new node, not your saved graph. Existing graphs can have different settings.

SettingInitial valueDetails
Maximum chase %maximumChasePct20Maximum price rise allowed after the original signal. Editor range: 0 to 500.
Maximum drop %maximumDropPct0 · disabledReject a late entry after this decline from the initial primary signal. Checked again during execution. 0 disables it; existing positions are unaffected. Editor range: 0 to 99.

Connections

These lists show compatible node types, not approval of every graph. Branch, position context, subscription, no-cycle and complete-exit rules also apply. A node cannot connect to itself.

  • Maximum drop 0 disables the decline guard. Neither setting replaces the exits on an already-open position.
