Open trade

Sets position size, execution limits and the mandatory emergency stop.

Node ID open-tradeMarkdown

How it works

Create a position using its USD amount, slippage limit, simultaneous-position cap and token cooldown.

Choose whether an observed source-wallet sell should close the remaining position. The emergency stop is a fallback safety limit, not a guaranteed execution price.

Settings

Initial values for a new node, not your saved graph. Existing graphs can have different settings.

Token cooldown (minutes)cooldownMinutes15Wait before entering the same token again. Editor range: 0 to 1440. Zero disables this threshold.
Exit when source sellssourceSellExitEnabledClose the remaining position when an observed sell from its source wallet arrives. Disabled leaves exits to the connected exit nodes and emergency stop. Options: Enabled (true); Disabled (false).

Connections

These lists show compatible node types, not approval of every graph. Branch, position context, subscription, no-cycle and complete-exit rules also apply. A node cannot connect to itself.

Full graph rules

Before you run

  • Only one active Open trade is allowed per bot. Each needs an exit action, a reachable Close trade, and a direct Time exit → Close trade safety path.
  • Filled branches can reach exits or alerts. Failed branches cannot reach position exits and cannot send successful-fill notifications.
  • These settings describe the graph contract, not a promise that live execution is currently enabled or that a token can be sold.
